Our patented Energy Sheet Piles
Our patented Energy Sheet Piles QsHeat® U-Z and QsHeat®Set enable the exploitation of the immense renewable energy potential of open waters and the near-surface soil.
Scientists from RWTH Aachen University (D) and the University in Delft (NL) confirm the great potential of the FET system solutions for the implementation of national and European energy policy goals. The Energy Sheet Piles offer innovative solutions for the tasks of extraction, storage, transfer and conversion of renewable energies. They significantly increase the exploitation efficiency of environmental energy and make it available within urban infrastructures.
At the Chair of Geotechnical Engineering in Civil Engineering, a joint research project sponsored by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) has been financially assisted since 2015. The creaed computational approach by detailed numerical simulation sets the basis for the future energetic design and dimensioning of buiding structures.
The knowledge gained in this work is the basis for the delivery tables of the respective systems.
Our Technology
The FET collectors are made of unalloyed as well as alloyed steels and comply with the DVGW rules and regulations for welded steel pipes with compressive stress, and additionally with VDI 4640 sheets 1 and 2.

*The data on heat extraction rates are measured laboratory values and must be determined separately for each building. The possible heat extraction rate depends strongly on the local boundary conditions.
The FET collectors are made of unalloyed as well as alloyed steels and comply with the DVGW rules and regulations for welded steel pipes with compressive stress. The extra charge prices include the necessary material for the production of the collectors and their assembly in the factory, without the sheet pile material! For special lengths we will be pleased to submit a separate offer.
